Veterans Yoga

The Bendigo District RSL and OMNI Yoga & Mindfulness are pleased to announce that following on from the trial period we will be hosting a weekly 1 hr yoga session for veterans and their partners as an ongoing programme.

Yoga provides many benefits for individual health and wellbeing, including improved body-mind relationship, stress management and increased physical and mental health. Yoga can assist with better muscular and joint health, improved posture and balance reduce stress, reduce pain and improve sleep.

This class is open to all veterans and their partners with no previous experience required and if you haven’t tried Yoga before we encourage you to come along and give it a go.
