The Bendigo Military Museum is fully supported by the Bendigo District RSL Sub-Branch which utilises the Soldier’s Memorial Institute building. This City of Greater Bendigo building is a significant landmark both for the residents of the City of Greater Bendigo and for visitors. The Museum was recently redeveloped and officially re-opened on November 15 2018, exactly 97 years after the initial opening of the building in 1921. The museum is home to a broad range of wartime memorabilia that has either been donated or loaned by individuals and organisations.
